BHNM Privacy Policy

BHNM ("the App") is a network monitoring client for BMC Helix Network Management (BHNM) servers. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is used.

Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer. There are no analytics, crash reporting services, or third-party tracking SDKs in the App.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data exclusively on your device (in iOS Keychain and UserDefaults):

This data never leaves your device except to communicate directly with the BHNM servers and push middleware you configure.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your device's APNs token is sent to the push notification middleware server you configure (a server you or your organisation controls). This token is used solely to deliver incident alerts to your device via Apple Push Notification service (APNs). Apple's privacy policy governs APNs data handling.

The App communicates only with:

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for IT professionals and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
